Licensed crews we manage do the work. We protect your floors and the rest of the house, and book each inspection as the work finishes.
- 05Walk-through
We walk through the finished space with you and fix everything on the list before the final payment.

After we see the space and you choose the design and materials, we give you an exact price in writing. The deposit is never more than $1,000, and after that you pay in milestones, only for finished work.
If we open a wall and find something nobody could see before, like water damage or old plumbing, we stop, show you, and give you the price to fix it in writing. Nothing extra is done without your approval.
Yes. Every project comes with a long-term warranty on labor and materials, written in your contract. We carry general liability insurance and workers’ compensation, stated in every contract.
Most people do when the kitchen is the only room being remodeled. Expect some noise and dust, and plan to be without a kitchen for part of the project.
