Need another bathroom, not just a new one?
A remodel can’t add a bathroom where there’s no room for one. An addition can add a bedroom and bathroom to your house, and an ADU gives parents, grown children or tenants a kitchen and bathroom of their own.

How a bathroom remodel works
- 01Meet and plan
We look at the space with you and talk through what you want to change, your budget and what the work involves.
- 02Exact price, in writing
We settle the design, the materials and the schedule, then give you an exact price and a contract that details the whole scope of work.
- 03Permits
If your project needs permits, we apply for them and answer the city’s questions until they’re approved.
- 04Build
Licensed crews we manage do the work. We protect your floors and the rest of the house, and book each inspection as the work finishes.
- 05Walk-through
We walk through the finished space with you and fix everything on the list before the final payment.

If the rooms work and just look tired, a remodel fits. If the house is too small for how you live, an addition or an ADU usually serves you better. We look at both at our first meeting and tell you honestly.
Many remodels do, especially when plumbing, electrical or walls change. We tell you what your project needs, handle the application, and book every inspection.
After we see the space and you choose the design and materials, we give you an exact price in writing. The deposit is never more than $1,000, and after that you pay in milestones, only for finished work.
If we open a wall and find something nobody could see before, like water damage or old plumbing, we stop, show you, and give you the price to fix it in writing. Nothing extra is done without your approval.
Yes. Every project comes with a long-term warranty on labor and materials, written in your contract. We carry general liability insurance and workers’ compensation, stated in every contract.
Most people do when it’s the only room being remodeled and there’s another bathroom to use. Expect some noise and dust while the work is going on.
